To say that my first attempts to make cookies
from scratch using bananas was a failed experiment is an understatement. Many
sites tell you to bake for 10-11 minutes. It has never worked. I have also
continued to have problems with a liquid paste. After a while, it looked like a
tasty cookie, without the usual ingredients that not only would happen.

The eureka moment occurred recently in my
kitchen, however. And with a couple of secrets and adjustment of revenue and

baking at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Cookies simply looked ever made. After
some trial and error, I found that the best numbers were 375 and 35 minutes.
